Nice of You to Come Bye Lucky Switch - "Quando"
After my first Border Collie Quickstep died, I went looking for another Border Collie. It had to be a black and white or a tricolor dog. I also don't like pricked ears so I made sure the parents didn't have those. Because of illness of my first Border Collie I made sure the parents did have their health certificates and tests. This was very important to me.
Unexpectingly fast I found Quando. After that, things went with the speed of light. One week later there was an 8 week old puppy roaming around in my living room.
After that followed a (luckaly) short period of a lot of washing up, blankets, clothes and so on until my boy was housetrained. That was unexpectly fast. At 11 weeks he didn't do anything in the house anymore, except for a small accident if I wasn't fast enough to open the door.
We went immediatly on puppytraining with the goal: Obedience. I did this with our German Shepard Cross Saros and later on with Quickstep until he got ill. I have to be honest, my heart is in Obedience although I did Agility and Flyball for a period of time as well with Saros and with Quickstep. I really love Obedience.
Quando is now also training as a sheepdog. This is something he has in his blood, he really loves this.
So, enough said, check out my site about Quando.
